The seams have been spot taped along with glued and blind stitching to keep the unwanted water from reaching his core. There is also a YKK standard length zipper that makes this wetsuit easy to put on and to take off as the day winds down. The recommended water temperature rating is 49-55 degrees that will keep him dry, warm and protected as he skis, boards and participates in all of the water activities that he has been waiting all Winter long to do. There is an adjustable neck closure that provides additional protection from water trying to get in. The flex rating is 8.5 due to the hyperstetch material that is in the shoulders and arms, this material will move as he does, is strong, durable and will increase his flexibility.
